This full-bodied coffee reminds us of dark chocolate ganache - heavy and delicious. The beans are grown in Huehuetenango by six small-scale farmers who are committed to quality. The above-market price they received for this lot allows them to reinvest in their farms and wet mills. When roasted for espresso we find an abundance of cocoa and walnut notes, with a hint of spice on the finish. Perfect for a winter's day.
