Not sure what to expect

Never had ceremonial cacao before. Dark chocolate lover here. 70% up to 100%. I like high fat non Dutch processed cocoa powder. This doesn’t seem to have much flavor. Don’t notice it when added to “pudding” we make from bananas and melted 100% dark chocolate, but my wife not to mix with peanut butter- it was awful. We don’t use it for ceremonial purposes so perhaps it is great for that. Just doesn’t seem to have advantages over what we normally consume.

Delayed delivery

The cacao was perfect but I ordered my block on the 8th of July and didn't receive until the 15th- 7 days later! Not great as I needed it for an event 😔
